Whatever you're feeling right now, you are needed in this world, and we don't want to lose you. As I work online and geographically far from you, I cannot help in crisis. I have put some resources in below. Don't wait if you're feeling desperate: get help where you are, right away. Don't let shame or pride stop you: let someone help. When the crisis has passed, if you would like to come to therapy, get in touch.
In crisis, you need direct, immediate help. This page has links to USA-based services. If you are in crisis, please contact your local resources. For a suicide hotline and other crisis resources in the USA, call 988.
If you're in danger--that is, if you're at risk of hurting yourself or someone else, or if someone is harming or may harm you, you need to get direct help where you live.
Call 911 for an ambulance or the police if your physical health is in danger, if you have taken an overdose, or if you're thinking of hurting yourself or someone else.
If a child or teen is in danger, click here for help: https://www.childhelphotline.org/
If you are being controlled, coerced or physically hurt at home, this link will take you to the national domestic violence hotline website https://www.thehotline.org/
If you are caught in Alcohol addiction, Alcoholics Anonymous can help https://www.aa.org/
For drug addictions, visit Narcotics Anonymous https://usa-na.org/usa-na.org/

In the UK, call 999 for an ambulance if you have already hurt yourself. Or go to A&E. You may have to ring a taxi to take you to hospital if you’re not well enough to drive yourself.
